Get your gifs ready, because the queen of memes is back! Brazilian pop culture icon Gretchen arrives with something new that promises to shake up social media and the dance floor: “My Name is Gretchen.” The song is available on all digital platforms from December 13th.
The song was created in collaboration with Mister Sam, composer of great hits, including some Gretchen songs, and DJ Prodígio, known for his energetic productions. The title of the song leaves no doubt about the inspiration behind the song: the singer’s famous catchphrase, which made her even more loved and popular on social media.
At first, Gretchen confesses that she doesn’t really understand the memes and gifs that have made her an online phenomenon. «I was a bit angry, I didn’t really understand.
