Creamy rice pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw rice (tea)
  • 1 1/2 cans milk (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
  • Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation method:

  1. Wash the rice and leave it to soak in a large pot with water for 1 hour.
  2. Turn on the heat and cook over low heat until the water dries up.
  3. Add the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, margarine, salt and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until the rice is fully cooked and very creamy.
  4. Transfer to glasses or a serving plate, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot or at room temperature.
