Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw rice (tea)
- 1 1/2 cans milk (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation method:
- Wash the rice and leave it to soak in a large pot with water for 1 hour.
- Turn on the heat and cook over low heat until the water dries up.
- Add the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, margarine, salt and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until the rice is fully cooked and very creamy.
- Transfer to glasses or a serving plate, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot or at room temperature.
