Preparation method

Start by preparing the dough: mix the mashed banana with the flour or oat flakes until a smooth dough forms. Arrange the mixture in single-portion molds and place them in the air fryer for 10 minutes. After cooking, remove from the fryer and fill with a mixture of natural yogurt and sugar-free dulce de leche. Finish by decorating with a slice of banana and a touch of cinnamon.
