Brian Chesky, co-founder and CEO of Airbnb, revealed one of the most bizarre complaints he received from one of the customers of the season rental platform, which unites travelers and guests around the world.

“We had all kinds of very strange situations. We get millions of customers every day and some are as bizarre as possible. One day a customer calls us and says he wants a full refund. We ask: why do you want a full refund,” The executive it has begun.
