Chocolate and yogurt cake

Time: 2h (+4h freezer)

Performance: 10 portions

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast powder
  • Margarine and wheat flour to gain weight

Filling:

  • 2 pots of yogurt with strawberry flavor (360 g)
  • 2 liters of strawberry flavor
Cover:
  • 200 g of melted milk chocolate
  • 1 acid cream can (300 g)

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, place the ingredients of the dough and mix until smooth.
  2. Place in a form of diameter of 20 cm in diameter of removable, fattened and floured.
  3. Bake in a medium, preheated oven, for 30 minutes or until a toothpick is attached, it comes out clean.
  4. Remove from the oven, upset and cut into 3 parts for stuff.
  5. In the pan where it was cooked, put a part of the dough and season with a yogurt pot.
  6. At the top, put half of the softened ice cream and cover with the other part of the cake pasta.
  7. Sprinkle with the other jar of yogurt, widen the rest of the ice cream and cover with the other part of the dough.
  8. For the dressing, mix the melted chocolate and the cream.
  9. Distribute on the cake, freeze for 4 hours and serve.
