Ricotta Pie Ingredients (Sweet)

– 360 g Ricota

– 1 milk with condensate

– 1 milk can (s) (use the same can of condensed milk as a size)

– 4 units (s) eggs

– 4 tablespoons of wheat flour + a little to sprinkle the shape

– 2 tablespoons (s) (tea) of powder cooking

– 1 tablespoon (s) (coffee) of vanilla essence

– the grapes passes to taste (optional)

– oil to taste (to fatte the paper butter) (optional)

Ingredients to finish

– icing sugar to taste, to be sprinkled

Pre-repair:

  1. Separate the ingredients and tools for the recipe.
  2. Assign a round pan with butter paper – background and sides. If necessary, fatten the parchment paper with oil. For 4 people, use a 25 cm pan to get a low cake.
  3. Preheated the oven at 180 ° C.
  4. Add the eggs in 2 ways (choose an option):
    • Beat the whole eggs in a blender.
    • Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and beat the egg whites (the dough is slightly lighter)
  5. Sift the flour in a bowl.
  6. Cut the ricotta into pieces.

PREPARATION:

Ricotta pious (sweet):

  1. In a blender, put the condensed milk, milk, eggs (or if you prefer, only the yolks) and the ricotta in pieces and beats until smooth and homogeneous.
  2. Transfer the dough to a bowl.
  3. Gradually add the sifted flour and mix to incorporate.
  4. Mix the raisins (optional).
  5. Add the cooking powder and mix.
  6. Optional: in the mixer, beat the egg whites until they form sales peaks and add to the dough, making circular movements, so as not to lose the alarmed.
  7. Transfer the dough to the shape lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until it is golden on the top and stopped, without drying – in the tickle test it should go out a little dirty.
  9. Turn off the oven and remove from the oven.
  10. Leave to cool and turn the cake on a table.
  11. Turn back and set the serving dish.

Finishing and assembly:

  1. Serve the ricotta cake (sweet) in pieces, sprinkled with icing sugar.
