Cevic ingredients

– 4 units / fillets of Tilapia about 150gr each, cut into cubes (see pre-preparation) (or Fillet of Santo Peter)

Tiger Leche coconut ingredients

– 1 cup (s) (tea) of coconut milk

– 1/2 cup (s) of filtered water

– 1 unit / I cut of onions (S) in the middle Luas

– 1/2 cup (s) (tea) of chopped coriander (leaves)

– 2 tea (tea) ginger (juice)

-1 units (s) seeds without pepper, chopped (s)

– 1 unit (s) lemon

– Go up to taste

Pre-repair:

  1. Separate all the ingredients and utensils for recipes.
  2. Peel and cut the purple onion into socks.
  3. Sanit and cut the coriander leaves and the pepper of the finger of the seed without seeds.
  4. Grate the ginger in the thin grater, put in a plastic wrap and squeeze with the hand that releases the juice without the fibers.
  5. Cut the Tilapia fillets into cubes: the first half cut in half – where it has the depression of the removal of the spine – then, in the transversal direction, slices of about 1.5 cm. Connect with salt and set aside in the refrigerator.

PREPARATION:

Tiger Leche with coconut milk (Marinata of Peruvian citrus fruits):

  2. In another bowl, place the onion, the coriander, the girl’s finger pepper and the ginger juice and mix well.
  3. Squeeze the lemon at the top and incorporate.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Add the diluted coconut milk and mix again.

Tilapia Ceviche:

  1. Put Tilapia’s cubes inside the Tiger Leche (Peruvian marinade) and mix gently.
  2. Book in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes for the mixing of flavors.

Finishing and assembly:

  1. Remove the bowl with the Tilapia Ceviche of the refrigerator.
  2. It preferably finds in individual portions – in bowls or in rear dishes.
