Granite

“Apply a sealant to prevent liquids from being absorbed by damaging the surface. Never use abrasive or very acidic products in cleaning this material. Create a mixture with neutral liquid cleansing and water, clean the entire surface and rinse with abundant water to remove all residues”, explains Jefferson.

Wood

Knowing how to clean this plan is very important to guarantee its duration. In Tacos, cards or laminates, never use abrasive products, alcohol or kerosene.

“In addition to damaging the surface, these products can remove the floor paint. Use a soft brief broom or a vacuum cleaner to remove dirt from the entire length of the floor. Then dilute a wooden cleaner for wooden floors (check the label and use the recommended measurement by the manufacturer) and the water in a container. By drying well,” says the professional.

Vinyl

Because it is a PVC floor, i.e. plastic, it is easier to wash. “The only thing that can happen is to drop the glue, but if applicable, simply paste,” says Jefferson.

For cleaning, prepare a mixture of water and neutral detergent. Take a clean cloth, immerse it in this solution, cross the entire length of the floor with the help of a squeeze and finish drying well.

Burnt cement

Cheap and resistant to impact, this plan needs some care to stay in good condition. “If he received a layer of polishing or waterproofing the resin, then only neutral detergent with water to clean it,” explains Jefferson.

If a heavier cleaning is required, use a casual detergent, but check the label if it can be applied to this type of floor.

Non -slip

These floors are increasingly popular in homes due to their low cost, resistance and durability.
