The famous chef Jamie Oliver considers the spaghetti lemon one of his favorite dishes. The author of the culinary book has improved his recipe for three ingredient pasta and prepares a quick summer dish in a few minutes. You can!
Ingredients for 1 portion:
- 100 g spaghetti
- 1 lemon
- 40 g of Parmesan
And also: cold olive oil, salt
Preparation
Boil spaghetti in boiling salt water in the state of Al Dente.
While the pasta is cooked, a lemon in hot water is washed and wipe it. Sit the lemon zest in a bowl, using only the yellow part of the skin – the white part is very bitter. Then press the lemon, add juice and parmesan to the bowl and mix carefully.
Now add as much olive oil so that the ratio of lemon juice and olive oil is about 1: 2.
Add the boiled dough and a little water in which it was cooked in a mixture of lemon and olive oil and mix. Give parmesan with fresh cheese.
