- 500 ml of ice water
- 1 bunch of pink grapes
- 1 can of sour cream
- 500 ml of boiling water
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 2 cups (tea) of milk
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 package of milk biscuits (200 g)
- 50 g of grated coconut flakes
Method of preparation
In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water, mix well, add the ice water, stir and place in a medium refractory.
Spread the grapes and refrigerate for 1 hour. In a saucepan, heat the cream, sugar, milk and cornstarch over high heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Once cooled, spread the cream and biscuits over the jelly, finishing with the cream.
Spread the grated coconut and refrigerate for another 2 hours. to serve.

- 1 box of pineapple flavored gelatin powder
- 1 box of grape gelatin powder
- 1 box of strawberry flavored gelatin powder
- 1 sachet of unflavored powdered gelatin
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of sour cream
Method of preparation
Prepare the flavoring jellies separately as indicated on the package. Pour each flavor into a small refractory, separately, and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Dice. In a pan, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the water and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil over low heat to melt it, without letting it boil. Mix with condensed milk and cream. Put the cubed jellies in a large refractory. Gently sprinkle with the cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until solid. Serve immediately.

Filling
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 box of sour cream
- 1 sachet of unflavored powdered gelatin

- 1 box of strawberry flavored jelly
- 1/2 cup (tea) of hot water
- 1/2 cup (tea) of cold water
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the minced biscuit, butter and egg white until it forms a very wet crumb. Spread on the bottom of a pan with a removable edge of 24 cm in diameter. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until they are solid. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. For the filling, beat the condensed milk, cream and gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package for 1 minute in a blender. Pour the mold over the dough and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Spread the strawberries on the cake. Dissolve the strawberry jelly in the hot water and mix with the cold water. Pour carefully over the strawberries and put back in the fridge for another 4 hours. Remove from the oven, unmold and serve.

- 1 cup (tea) of cold water
- 1 peeled apple, chopped
Method of preparation
In a bowl, dissolve 1 can of gelatin in half of the boiling water and blend with the cream and sugar. Pour into a large refractory and refrigerate for 2 hours. In a bowl, dissolve the remaining gelatin in the remaining boiling water. Add the cold water, the apple and mix. Pour over the refractory gelatin and put it back in the fridge for 6 hours. Serve immediately.

- 400 ml of guarana soda
- 2 cans of sour cream (400 g)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- oil for greasing
- 1 sachet of lemon flavored gelatin powder
- 1 sachet of passion fruit flavored gelatin powder
- 1 sachet of grape jelly
Method of preparation
Dissolve the strawberry jelly in 100 ml of hot water and blend the blender with 100 ml of guarana, 1/4 of cream and 1/4 of condensed milk. Pour into a half-buttered mold of 30 cm in diameter and refrigerate for 2 hours. Dissolve the lemon jelly in 100 ml of hot water and blend the blender with 100 ml of guarana, 1/4 of cream and 1/4 of condensed milk. Pour the strawberry jelly into the mold and put it back in the fridge for 2 hours. Repeat the process with the passion fruit and grape jelly and with the remaining hot water, soda, cream and condensed milk, refrigerating for 2 hours for each layer. Turn out and serve.
