Corn cake
Ingredients:
- 6 green corn ears (book as straws)
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 100 g of grated coconut or parmesan
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
Preparation:
To prepare the corn cake, cook the straws first for 3 minutes or until it is malleable. Drain, dry and set aside. Then beat all the ingredients in a blender until the dough is homogeneous. Attach a pan with straws and place the cake mixture. Take to bake in the preheated oven, 180c for 45 minutes.
