Mixed biscuit

Time: 1h (+30 minutes of freezer)

Performance: 15 units

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • Crystal sugar and icing sugar to pass
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate powder
  • 200 g of chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast powder
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate droplets
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, sift flour, chocolate and yeast. Mix the chocolate chips and set aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate with water bath butter and mix with eggs and sugar using a manual batter.
