Mixed biscuit
Time: 1h (+30 minutes of freezer)
Performance: 15 units

Ingredients:
- Crystal sugar and icing sugar to pass
- 1/2 cup of chocolate powder
- 200 g of chopped dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of yeast powder
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of milk chocolate droplets
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
Preparation:
- In a bowl, sift flour, chocolate and yeast. Mix the chocolate chips and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate with water bath butter and mix with eggs and sugar using a manual batter.
- Add to the flour mixture until it has been homogenized, wrap in a plastic casing and freeze for 30 minutes.
