Caesar salad
Preparation time: 30 minutes (+5 minutes of rest)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) of white white bread -shaped bread
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 chicken fillets
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 6 cups of American lettuce washed and chopped
- 1/2 cup of parmesan in chips
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Distribute the cubes of bread in a pan, season with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook, preheated, for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the sauce, in a bowl, mix mustard, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
- Then pour the remaining olive oil in a wire, beating with a fork until it is full. Reserve in the refrigerator.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Then heat a pan with the oil over high heat and grilled the chicken for 3 minutes on each side.
- Wait 5 minutes and cut strips.
- In a Salador, mix the leaves, the cheese, the chicken and the croutons.
- Sprinkle with the sauce, mix and serve.
