Ingredients for ground beef stew
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 crushed cloves of garlic
- 300 g of minced meat
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 diced seedless tomato
- 1 stalk of leek, sliced
- 1/2 courgette, diced
- 1 diced carrot
- 1/2 cup green beans (cooked and chopped)
- 1/2 cup green corn (drained)
- Salt, chopped parsley and grated nutmeg to taste
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) of Catupiry®
- 500 g of boiled and squeezed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup (tea) of cream
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup (s) of grated Parmesan cheese
Method of preparation
Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the meat and cook until dry. Add the peppers, tomatoes, leeks, courgettes, carrots and sauté for 4 minutes. Take the beans, corn, salt, parsley and brown them until dry. Place in a refractory, spread the Catupiry® and set aside. Place the potato, butter, salt, nutmeg, and cream in a skillet over low heat, stirring until smooth. Spread in refractory, sprinkle with cheeses and take to a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
