Add hot water to cover the chicken. Boil for about 20 minutes. Add more water and, as soon as it boils, add the rice. Stir for 10 minutes and add the blood with the vinegar. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.

Method of preparation

Clean the onion, garlic, potatoes and cut everything into pieces. Bring everything to a boil in a pot with water. As soon as it boils, add salt, cover the pan and cook over moderate heat for about 20 minutes. Wash the cabbage and cut it into strips. In a pan, cover the cabbage with water and bring to a boil, boil it for 1 minute and drain. Cut the chorizo ​​into thin slices and brown it in olive oil. Blend the potatoes in the blender. Then heat the potatoes and add the cabbage into strips. Stir and boil in an uncovered pot for 5 minutes. Add the chorizo ​​and serve.
