- 2 cups condensed milk
- 2 cups (tea) of cream
- 1 sachet of strawberry flavored juice powder (35g)
- 1 sachet of unflavored red gelatin powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup chopped meringues
- Crumb meringues and strawberry flavored ice cream syrup to taste
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream, juice powder and prepared gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix the egg whites until smooth.
- Mix the strawberries and meringue and transfer to a medium baking dish or individual bowls.
- Store in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Decorate with the chopped meringues and ice cream syrup and serve immediately.
