Day 4: SPFW closes with Pabllo Vittar as DJ

The fourth day of the 60th edition of SPFW ended with the singer’s show Pablo Vitarbecame a DJ to control the trucks of the Club Vittar project, on a stage set up in front of the Pavilhão das Culturas Brasileiras.




Pabllo played remixes of his compositions and others, in an electronic dance party. “I have always been passionate about the electronic scene and fashion, so bringing these two universes together at SPFW will be incredible! I am traveling around Brazil showing my fans another side of me and having the opportunity to present Club Vittar at the biggest fashion week in Latin America is something very special,” she said.

There were also celebrities on the catwalk, such as the actor and singer Xamã and the rapper Duquesa, as well as the player Paulinho, from Palmeiras, in the fashion show. Dario Mittmann.

The day, however, began with the search of the tailor’s shop to the girlby Fábio Souza, who moved from the light shirt to structured and modern party wear. The parade took place at the Teatro do Shopping Iguatemi.

Dozens of looks that use biomaterials and upcycling, such as the jacket presented at Osklen in 2007 by Carol Trentini, made of tilapia skin. The piece is iconic, because it was one of those that marked Oskar’s E-Instituto in 2006, starting the research and development of other raw materials, such as arapaima leather.

King Boysinspired by the cultural mosaic of the Recôncavo Baiano, it was the first brand to show in Ibirapuera. Vestments with the structure of Candomblé terreiro women’s dresses shaped printed looks, with ruffles and puffed sleeves, many decorated with clay accessories, such as moringa and fish, among others.

Then came Ceará Marina Bitu paying homage to the painter Djanira, with prints based on paintings, but with lots of pleating and metallic accessories, enhancing femininity to the extreme.

Leandro Castro he was the third to parade, with his urban and ancient clothes, in black, green and a little pink, designed based on an incursion carried out in the Amazon, in which he used biomaterials from the region, such as pumpkins and reforestation wood.

The environment really made its presence felt in the shows. The Cearence brand Catarina Mina he was inspired by carnauba and all the possibilities of the plant, responsible for part of the local economy, to create his collection, which in some looks also included wicker and straw. Crochet and bobbin lace, as well as Richelieu and other embroidery, continued to adorn the productions.

Dario Mittmannthe last to parade on this fourth day in Ibirapuera – there was also the parade of Deliveredin Higienópolis – played the Monopoly game, mixing sports tailoring and streetwear. Shaman She paraded in a printed and shiny outfit, wearing sneakers that looked like slippers. The colorful Davis-shaped bags are also present in the collection.

The À La Garçonne brand opened the fourth day of the 60th edition of SPFW, at the Shopping Iguatemi theater, with an uncompromising shirt that has evolved into party fashion, made of taffeta and a little transparency. Fábio Souza’s brand, designed until last year by Alexandre Herchcovitch, has not left aside its sartorial cut with a sporty touch.

Céu Rocha and Júnior Rocha, from the brand King Boysbrought the culture, folklore, music and Candomblé of the Recôncavo Baiano to the SPFW. The dresses worn by the women of the Candomblé temples shaped most of the dresses, with their loose, comfortable fit. Therefore, there was no shortage of volumes, ruffles and puffed sleeves. But if there were a white dress or two, Leo Barbosa’s signature prints dominated the looks, with fish and frowns among the designs.

The brand Marina Bitu paid homage to the painter Djanira da Motta e Silva (1914-1979), with a soundtrack that included an interview with the artist. On the catwalk looks inspired by the works Weaver”, “Costureira”, “Bordadeira”, “Tecendo Rede”, “Charuteira” and “Escolhedoras de Café”.

In addition to some prints, nothing too literal, but totally feminine, the pieces featured appliqué petals, with lots of silk organza pleating, with structured hems and cuffs, which gave volume to some looks.

Leandro Castro took a trip to the Amazon, together with the stylist and trend researcher Walter Rodrigues, curator of the Bioma project, in Sebrae, to present his second collection at the SPFWcalled “Gaiafilia”, a neologism which means love of the earth. Inspired by the conference “Os Mil Nomes da Gaia” and the richness of the Amazon region.

As explicit as it may be, Leandro worked with agender looks, in large formats, with destroyed aspects, some reminiscent of tapestries and others decorated with pumpkins arranged in a convex or concave way, as well as wooden spheres from forest management.

The Ceará brand Catarina Mina He is known for his crafts represented by bobbin lace and crochet. In this third participation in SPFW, he added other artisanal works, present in the manipulation of carnauba straw.

The stylist Dario Mittmann brought some artists to parade in the 60th edition of SPFW. Among these, the rapper and actor Shamanwho opened the show and will be the protagonist of Globo’s next 9pm soap opera, “Três Graças”.
