Lino Villaventura closes SPFW with a collage of his 50 years of fashion

The first look from the show Lino Villaventurathe last of the 60th edition of SPFWalready announced what would happen. A men’s tracksuit, which even covered the model’s face, with collages of ribbed, colored and printed fabrics, jeans. A summary of the designer’s 50-year career.

Then, a dress in the same style. But obviously it wasn’t just that. Male and female looks alternated, ranging from the more urban to the more party, with the models always taking theatrical poses for the photographers.

Lino has participated in all 60 editions of the event, always faithful to his style of creating an outfit as if it were a work of art. This is due to the meticulous work on the ribs, the structured and rounded shapes, the embroidery, the colors and the fabrics.

All of this was on display in his 60th save at the event. Her story at the event included white contact lenses on models, offering a kiss between two women in front of photographers, wearing dramatic makeup and making the audience’s eyes full, as she did once again in this fashion show. The N60 edition of SPFW celebrates 30 years of fashion week. With 38 parades, the event will have three extra days. The shows take place from 13 to 20 October. From the 16th, the date officially announced previously, the parades begin to occupy the Pavilhão das Culturas Brasileiras (Pacubra), in Ibirapuera.
