How to make oat protein porridge

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml of almond or coconut milk;
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) of oats;
  • 1 ripe banana;
  • 1/2 serving of chocolate flavored whey protein.

Preparation method:

  • Mix the milk with the oats and microwave for 1 minute;
  • Add the whey and half a mashed banana;
  • When serving, chop the rest of the banana and arrange it over the porridge;
  • Adding other fruits, cinnamon and almonds is optional and completely healthy.
