“A bakery in France is a bakery. It doesn’t sell Coca-Cola, it doesn’t sell cigarettes, it doesn’t sell butter,” Jacquin said in an interview with Blogeirinha.”But is it just the bread?“, asked the influencer.”That’s why bread is good. The bread here is bad. There are few bakeries that make good bread.“, replied the chef.
“Is what they call French bread good? It sucks. And truth. Sometimes I eat it because there’s nothing else, but it’s not good,” Jacquin added.
“I live near a bakery and the bread is terrible. The bakery is closer, what do I do?”, he reinforced.
Jacquin also analyzed that, in her opinion, there are currently good bakeries in Brazil. “Today there are good pastry shops that do good things. The quality is increasing very rapidly.”
