Have you ever felt exhausted, anxious, or frantic after scrolling through your feed for a while? This happens because the social networks influence your energy.

While Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and so on have become an often necessary part of our lives, both to connect with people and to keep us informed; On the other hand, the constant and often automatic use of these platforms can have a negative impact on our vibrational frequency and, consequently, on our vibrational harmony.

How does social media affect your energy?

Energy Dimension: addictive and harmful content

The energy body is responsible for capturing, processing and emitting subtle energies. When we expose ourselves to Harmful and addictive content on social mediaour energy field becomes vulnerable.

This makes us less able to reject dense influences and, consequently, attract light experiences that guide our evolution.

This constant comparison creates a cycle of recurring thoughts and derogatoryand harmful feelings, disorganizing our harmony and compromising mental clarity and the ability to expand consciousness.

Additionally, we often use social media to fill in the gaps, avoid uncomfortable thoughts, or simply “not think.”

This use as a form of buffering and automatic escape applied repeatedly and consistently builds mental processing that prevents clarity and problem solving.

This constant escape from conscious reflection keeps our mind in a passive, low-frequency state, hindering creative flow and aligned decision-making. And they are signs of imbalance and lack mental harmony.

Biophysical dimension: sleep and sedentary lifestyle

The blue light from screens and the temptation to “just a little more” steal precious hours of sleep. Constant tiredness and lack of energy are signs of imbalance in the biophysical body.

THE biophysical body it is left without the foundation necessary to support the other dimensions, making it difficult to maintain and raise the overall vibration, particularly the maintenance of health and vitality.

Furthermore, the hours spent in front of a screen contribute to: sedentary lifestyle and bad posture, leading to physical pain, decreased natural rhythm and lack of energy.

Those harmful habits they compromise our biophysical harmony, which regulates our general well-being and supports our adaptation and evolution.

Informational/spiritual dimension: overload and disconnection

We are bombarded by a avalanche of information: news, posts, videos, advertisements, which require constant, often irrelevant and low-quality processing.

This overhead can generate disorganized thoughts and mental confusionl, and, above all, a dispersion of our ability to process higher and more meaningful information.

This avalanche of data keeps our mind in a state that makes it difficult to concentrate, deeply and question ourselves, essential for our evolution and the perception of the patterns that nourish our being as a whole.

Furthermore, excessive and unbalanced use of social media can lead to feelings of disconnection from one’s essence and lack of purpose.

This affects our connection with higher purposes and all the information coming from our bodies.

Demotivation and apathy towards life are signs of a lack of spiritual/informational harmony, making it difficult to connect with meaning and purpose, as well as our spiritual growth and expansion of consciousness.

What to do about it?

The good news is that you have the power to reverse this scenario and raise your personal vibration, promoting vibrational harmony in all its dimensions!

The goal is not to abandon social media, but rather to use it in a way that contributes to your energy frequency, rather than drains it.

Practices that raise your vibration are pillars of physical, emotional, mental, and informational/spiritual well-being.

  • Set limits: Use Screen Time features to monitor and limit daily usage. Establishing specific times and avoiding excessive use helps protect your energy and maintain a high vibrational frequency, preserving all dimensions from overload.
  • Conscious use: Unfollow or mute accounts that don’t inspire you or drag you into low-frequency feelings. By removing sources of low vibration, you protect your emotional and mental harmony, making it easier to attract positive experiences for your evolution.
  • Turn off notifications: Notifications are designed to get your attention. Disable them for most social media apps. This practice reduces the state of constant alertness, promoting greater mental clarity and peace, fundamental elements for mental harmony.
  • Create net-free zones and moments: Keep your bedroom, dining table, or family interaction time as “free zones” of your screen. These spaces promote biophysical, mental and emotional harmony, allowing true rest and connection with the present, and preventing the energy field from being polluted by external influences.
  • Prioritize real connections: Invest time in face-to-face conversations, video calls with loved ones, and offline social activities. Authentic interactions nourish your emotional and informational/spiritual harmony, raising your frequency through love and connection and strengthening the information field.
  • Practice Presence and Self-Observation: Before you answer the phone, ask yourself, “Why am I doing this? How does it make me feel?” Observing how your use of networks affects your mood and energy levels is key to identifying what is lowering your vibration and what is raising it, a fundamental pillar of vibrational harmony and self-knowledge in all dimensions.
  • Replace “Scrolling” with Energizing Activities: When you feel the need to reach for your phone, try replacing it with something that recharges your energy. These practices, such as meditation and mindful breathing, regular exercise, healthy eating and adequate hydration, cultivating positive thoughts and emotions, and connection with nature, are pillars for raising your vibration and strengthening the five dimensions.

The key is awareness

Remember, social media is a tool. The key to using them without compromising your well-being is awareness.

By adopting habits that raise your vibrational frequency and promote harmony in its five dimensions (energetic, emotional, mental, biophysical, and informational/spiritual), you not only protect your energy, but you expand it, living a fuller, more balanced life in resonance with what you truly want to attract.
