Everyone loves something new, right? And even better if it’s chocolate! In this recipe for bem-casado, you’ll learn how to make another option: chocolate bem-casado with hazelnut cream filling. It looks super cute to decorate the cake table and delicious too!

Ingredients for the Chocolate Marshmallow

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 cups of flour (wheat)
  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
  • 3/4 cup of hazelnut cream

Method of preparation

Put the eggs, chocolate powder, butter, wheat flour, sugar and milk in a blender. Beat for 5 minutes. Add the yeast and mix gently with a spoon. Pour into a medium rectangular pan, greased and floured. To assemble the bem-casados, cut the dough using a small round pastry cutter. Cut them in half horizontally and, on a part of the dough, spread a generous layer of hazelnut cream. Cover with another part of the dough and pack according to your creativity. Deliver your order.
