- 1 cup (tea) of cornmeal
- 1 cup (tea) of breadcrumbs
- 1 cup (tea) of mayonnaise
- 5 minced garlic cloves
Method of preparation:
Cut the chicken, clean it well and dry it. Put in a bowl, season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley to taste and leave to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. In a bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, lemon zest and pepper in a deep plate. Coat the chicken pieces in the mayonnaise and then in the dry mixture.
Heat a large pan with oil. Fry the garlic cloves for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Then fry the chicken pieces a little at a time until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with garlic and serve. Serve with lemon wedges to taste.

- 1 kg of chicken wings
- juice of 2 lemons
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup (tea) of cornstarch
- 1/2 tablespoon of hot paprika
- Fry oil
- Lemon slices to decorate
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, season the chicken with the lemon juice and salt. Leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. In a large plastic bag, mix the flour, cornstarch, a pinch of salt and paprika. Drain and quickly pass the chicken pieces on absorbent paper to remove excess water. Put the pieces in the bag with the flour and beat until everyone is involved. Fry in hot oil and drain on absorbent paper. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
Penne with fried chicken

ingredients:
- 1 pack of pens (500 g)
- Salt to taste
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce (store bought)
- 2 cans of sour cream (400 g)
- grated parmesan to sprinkle
Chicken:
- 500 g of diced chicken breast
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) of breadcrumbs
- Fry oil
Method of preparation:
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain and set aside. In a blender, beat the tomato, oregano and half of the oil until smooth. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the remaining oil and saute the garlic until golden brown. Add the beaten tomatoes, the tomato sauce and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cream, season with salt and set aside.
In a bowl, season the chicken with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pass them in flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil, by immersion, until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Mix the sauce set aside with the pasta and place the fried chicken on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
stuffed fried chicken

Time: 2 in the morning
Performance: 4 servings

ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Filling:
- 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomato
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella
- 1 cup of grated provolone
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 eggs lightly beaten with salt to taste
- 2 cups of breadcrumbs (bread)
Method of preparation:
Cut the chicken breasts in half, forming four parts of chicken. With a knife make a central cut, thus forming a cavity where the filling will be placed. Season with salt and pepper. Put the dried tomatoes, mozzarella, provolone, parsley in a bowl and mix well. Stuff the chicken and close the opening with a toothpick. Pass in the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil for 10 minutes or until golden and lightly browned. Remove from the heat, drain on absorbent paper, remove the toothpicks and serve.
