Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (500 g)
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
First put the chicken in the pressure cooker, cover with water and add a pinch of salt. Cook for about 30 minutes. Then remove the water and manually chop the chicken breasts.
Next, put the chicken in a food processor or blender and blend. Place the minced chicken on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Halfway through cooking, stir. When it’s dry, take it out and put it in the food processor or blender as often as needed.
