Ingredients for the practical thigh in the pressure cooker
- 1 kg of skinless chicken legs
- 2 packs of poultry seasoning powder
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cubes of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
- Fried cassava to accompany
Method of preparation
Season the chicken with the seasoning powder. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil over high heat and brown the chicken. Add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes. Cover with water and add the chicken stock. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes after the pressure starts. Let the pressure release, open the pot and transfer the chicken to a serving dish.
In another pan, mix 1 cup (tea) of the cooking water, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until slightly thickened. Drizzle the chicken and serve with the fried cassava.
