Between September 12 and October 9, the gastronomic center will host dinners, workshops and gastronomic experiences

Eataly São Paulo, the gastronomic center of São Paulo, will host the second edition of the Gastronomic of San Paolofestival which takes place from 12 September to 9 October.

Like last year, the program features iconic dinners, signed by some of Brazil’s most renowned chefs. This edition also has new features, such as free workshops, special discounts on products from the Eataly store, as well as experiences in the complex’s restaurants.

The first major event of the program takes place on 16 and 17 September, with La Grigliata, a large barbecue that takes place on the sidewalk of Eataly, with dishes from R $ 30, signed by roasters Paula Labaki, Bruno Salomão and Edson Leite.

The weekly dinners with guest chefs, called Le Cene, will take place on Thursdays and promise to be the festival’s biggest attractions. On the calendar names like Katia and Bianca Barbosa (22/09); Claude and Thomas Troisgros (29/09) and Alex Atala and Rubens Salfer (06/10). The chefs will present the best of their cuisine, with a tasting menu paired with great Italian wine labels. Tickets cost R $ 450 and are now available for purchase via the Sympla platform.

During the four weeks of the festival, Eataly will also offer a program of free workshops at the Scuola area, held by in-house chefs who will teach exclusive recipes of Italian cuisine. For those who want to savor the most iconic dishes of Italy, the restaurants of the complex will also have Le Notti, experiences that present the greatest classics from Monday to Wednesday, from 19:00 to 23:00.

Finally, the Eataly market, which has a curation of imported and national premium quality products, will also have discounts on selected items for the entire period of the festival, completing the program.
