This year, Restaurant Week will be promoting a tribute to cooking and originality, bringing new forms to classic recipes. “Rereading is the ability to draw inspiration from what has already been done to create the unpublished. It is the way to create the new by modifying the known, appropriating elements of the past as a starting point for creation”, says Fernando Reis. creator of Brasil Restaurant Week.

Participating houses will have several menu options for the public to choose from for lunch or dinner, divided into five categories: Gourmet Burger, Traditional Menu, Plus, Premium and Diamond. Values ​​start with R ＄ 39.90 for the Gourmet Burger and R ＄ 54.90 for the other menus.
