Ingredients for the lemon mousse

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1/2 can of lemon juice (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 can of sour cream (300 g)
  • 1 cup meringue (pre-purchased)
  • Zest of 1 lemon for sprinkling

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice and store in the refrigerator. Then beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar, a little at a time.

In the bowl of condensed milk with lemon juice, add the can of cream, egg whites and mix gently, until smooth.
