- 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar

Method of preparation
Cut the cucumbers into very thin slices. Season with salt and let it rest for 10 minutes. The cucumber will release a lot of water. Squeeze them to remove the water and drain them. Mix the rice vinegar and sugar. Add the cucumbers. Sprinkle the sesame in the amount you prefer.
