The current house menu is called “Duality” and its main focus is on five ingredients: yuzu, shisô, cumaru, raspberry and sesame. In the available options, the bartenders offer infusion and syrup techniques.
The doors of Tan Tan have been open since 2015 and the place is inspired by traditional Japanese izakaya. The cocktail bar is run by Thiago Bañares and bartender Alex Mesquita.
The dishes are influenced by “chuka” cuisine, a lineage of Japanese cuisine with Chinese inspiration that translates most of the hot dishes of Japan.
