3 dessert recipes for children’s party

Pop cake

ingredients

Cake

  • 1 cup of milk tea
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of chocolate powder
  • 1 teacup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flour

Brigadeiro

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder

Assembly

  • 180 g of semi-sweet chocolate
  • sprinkles for garnish
  • barbecue sticks

Method of preparation

Cake

Put the eggs in the blender and beat for 5 minutes. Gradually add the other ingredients, except the chemical yeast, and beat for another 3 minutes. Finally add the yeast and beat again to mix. Reserve. Grease a pan with butter and flour it with wheat flour, pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 45 minutes. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool down and unmold the cake.

Brigadeiro

In a pan, place the butter, condensed milk and chocolate powder and bring it to medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to come unstuck from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat, add the milk cream and mix well.

Assembly

Break the cake into a crumb, add the Brigadeiro and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Then, using a spoon, take part of the mixture and form a ball. Repeat the process with all the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, put the semi-sweet chocolate in a saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it has melted. Then remove the balls from the fridge, put them in the toothpicks and pass them in the melted chocolate. Decorate with sprinkles and serve immediately.

I love the apple

ingredients

  • 500 g of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of red food coloring
  • 5 apples
  • 5 sticks of ice cream

Method of preparation

In a skillet, put the sugar, vinegar, and food coloring and bring to medium heat until a thick syrup forms. Next, glue the apples onto the ice cream sticks and dip them into the syrup. Place it on a baking sheet, wait for it to cool and then serve.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate in powder
  • 200 ml of milk
  • oil for greasing

Method of preparation

Put the eggs in a planetary mixer and beat until frothy. Add the milk and beat for another 5 minutes. Add the brown sugar and wheat flour and beat again until the ingredients are incorporated. Finally add the chocolate powder and beat again for 1 minute. Transfer the mixture into a container, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then grease a pan with oil and put it over medium heat to warm it up. With the help of a ladle put some dough on the pan and brown it on both sides. Repeat the process with all the dough and then serve.

Tip: serve with chocolate syrup and strawberries.
