  • 250 g of minced meat
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 3 cups of hot water (tea)
  • 1/2 packet of spaghetti with vines (250 g)
  • grated parmesan to sprinkle

Method of preparation:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat and fry the ground beef until all the water is released. Add the onion, garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the tomato, paprika, salt, pepper and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the sauce, water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium heat and add the pasta. Cook until al dente, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • oil for greasing

Filling:

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 250 g of minced meat
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 can of drained green corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 cup (s) of cream cheese

Method of preparation:

For the filling, heat a pan with oil over medium heat and sauté the meat, onion and garlic for 4 minutes. Add the tomato, corn, olive, salt, pepper, green smell and sauté for another 5 minutes. Turn off and book.

In a blender, whisk all the ingredients for the dough until smooth. Heat a medium non-stick pan greased with oil, put half of the dough, spread over the filling, cover with the cream cheese and pour the remaining dough. Cover and cook over low heat for 8 minutes or until the dough is firm. Serve in the fridge.

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 250 g of sliced ​​ham
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 sheets of fresh lasagna
  • 1 jar of cream cheese (200 g)
  • 1/2 tin of sour cream (100 g)
  • 300 g of sliced ​​mozzarella

Method of preparation:

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic until golden brown. Add the tomato, sauce, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off and book. In a large non-stick pan, alternate layers of sauce, pasta, curd mixed with sour cream, ham and cheese.

Repeat the layers, finishing with the cheese. Place on low heat with the lid on for 7 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and serve in a pan.

  • 800 g of boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Salt and grated nutmeg to taste
  • butter for greasing

Filling:

  • 2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup (tea) of Catupiry®
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • 1/3 cup basil (chopped)
  • Salt and oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

For the filling, in a bowl, mix the chicken, Catupiry®, tomato, basil, salt and oregano. Reserve. In a bowl combine the mashed potatoes, egg, butter, starch, flour, salt and nutmeg. In a greased medium non-stick pan, layer with half of the mashed potatoes, cover with the filling and spread out the remaining mashed potatoes.

Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until they are firm and lightly browned. Invert onto a plate and return to the pan to brown the other side. Turn out onto a plate, decorate as desired and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 30 cm of shortcrust pastry
  • oil for greasing
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of mozzarella
  • oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

Open the shortcrust pastry roll and place it on the bottom of the pan where you will make the pizza. With a knife cut out a circle of the same diameter as the pan. Brush the pan with oil and lay the dough. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Spread the tomato sauce, ham and mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano, cover and cook for 3 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
