Ingredients for the savory chicken pie:

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 can of drained green corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (green)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup (s) of cream cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) of mayonnaise
  • 1 packet of crustless bread (350 g)
  • Mayonnaise, cherry tomatoes and parsley for garnish

Method of preparation:

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion until wilted. Add the tomato, remove and brown for 2 minutes. Add the chicken, corn, olives, salt, the green smell and sauté for 3 minutes. Turn off, mix with the curd and let it cool. To assemble, in a medium pan lined with aluminum foil, make a layer of loaf, a layer of mayonnaise and a layer of sauté. Alternate the layers until all the ingredients are used up, finishing with the bread. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from the oven, unmold onto a serving dish, decorate with mayonnaise, potato straw, cherry tomatoes, parsley and serve immediately.
