Entitled O Poder das Cores, the research, led for the third consecutive year by color consultant and creative director Michell Lott, and with environments designed by art director Natalia Martucci, translates the main behavioral aspects of our society into 26 colors divided into 5 palettes , national and global trends and invites reflection on how colors influence people’s daily lives.
Among them is the color of 2023, Orange Calcite, a shade inspired by the mineral of the same name. It’s an earthy orange that carries the energy of innovation while embracing the comfort of earth tones. Balancing the senses was the key to the choice.
Especially after the turbulence we have gone through in recent years – and continue to go through – the brand encourages the public to find refuge in the senses.
Thus, five main themes illustrate the main feelings plaguing people right now. The Exhausted; The optimist; The excited; The Connected; and cybernetics invite a self-analysis that helps to find the perfect palette for each situation.

We live in the present carrying the baggage of the past, but waiting for what is yet to come. And how to imagine the future? Orange Calcite carries an optimistic outlook.
Its earthy orange tone recalls the tones dug into the ground by our early ancestors, but which also carries the energy of the new, like the oranges that marked the effervescent and futuristic 70s.
