Is it paving or eating? This joke may have tired enough, but we don’t mind hearing it again if it’s to eat this amazing dish, right? After all, this dessert made of layers of cream and biscuit is super greedy, sweet and that practically everyone likes.
And even better if this pavé is a very quick and simple to prepareIsn’t that it? The Dutch pavé, for example, is prepared in 25 minutes and can then be put in the fridge, in addition to using just a few ingredients. And on top of that, of course, it’s delicious!
So, here’s a Dutch pasta recipe that takes 25 minutes to make and is sure to get lots of compliments from everyone who tries it:

Ingredients:
- 2 packs of biscuits covered in milk chocolate (260g)
Filling
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 cups whipped cream (tea)
Roof
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cream (milk)
Method of preparation:
For the filling, mix the gelatin with the milk and melt in a water bath. Transfer to blender and beat in condensed milk and 1 (tea) cup whipped cream until smooth. Turn off and mix the remaining whipped cream with a spoon. For the assembly, in a medium refractory, make layers of cream and biscuit until all the ingredients are used up, finishing in cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until solidified. For the glaze, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to the cream. Spread out on the pastry board and serve immediately.
