  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

Way of doing: Boil the water and add the herb. Cover and leave for 5 minutes. Drink after.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh boldo leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chamomile leaves and flowers
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried carqueja leaves
  • 1 liter of water
  • honey, to taste

Way of doing: Put the aromatic herbs and water in a pan and bring to the boil for 5 minutes. Leave to cool, filter and sweeten with honey to taste. Drink 1 cup (tea) after main meals (lunch and dinner).

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile leaves and flowers
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 cups (250 ml each) of boiling water

Way of doing: In a saucepan put the chamomile, fennel and rosemary. Pour boiling water, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. Then filter and drink 2 glasses (200 ml each) a day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of dried fennel seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1/2 liter of water

Way of doing: Bring the fennel, rosemary and water to a boil for 5 minutes. Turn it off, wait for it to cool down and coe. Sweeten with honey to taste and drink up to 2 cups (tea) per day.
