Broccoli and cauliflower salad

ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower small
  • 1 cooked broccoli
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into rings
  • Salt, black pepper and olive oil to taste

Method of preparation

In a pan put the broccoli florets, carrots and cauliflower. Cover with water, salt and cook over medium heat until soft. Turn off the heat, drain the water and transfer it to a container. Season with salt, black pepper and olive oil. Serve immediately.

Carrot salad with celery and fruit

ingredients

  • 2 cups of peeled and diced carrot tea
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 4 tbsp chopped apple
  • ½ cup diced melon tea
  • 150 g of grilled and minced salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped dill
  • Salt and oil to taste

Method of preparation

Method of preparation

  • 200ml of olive oil
  • 200 ml of vinegar
  • 1 red pepper cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 green pepper cut into cubes
  • 2 onions, peeled and diced
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation

Put the onion, green pepper, chilli pepper, tomatoes in a bowl and mix well. Season with oil, vinegar, ginger and salt. Serve immediately.
