“Festival of the Future” had food stalls with vegan options and desserts
During the “Festival of the Future”, on the occasion of the inauguration of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), a food court was set up in tents so that the public could try foods typical of the regions of Brazil, as well as snacks, taking place this Sunday, 1st. Prices vary between R$8.00 and R$30.00 and there are vegan options and desserts.
Food stalls offer burgers, fries, Bahian cuisine, broths, rice broth, pork ribs, bar, canteen and cafeteria, popsicles and açaí, artisan sweets, pastry, Minas Gerais cuisine, vegan delicacies, Pará cuisine, crepes and pizza, baião de due and skewers. The area also has a lost and found stall.
At the candy stand, the cocada costs R$10.00, the Bahian sweets, R$3.00 and the strawberry bonbon, R$8.00.

For vegans, “jambalaia” and “jacalinhada” cost R$19.90. The vegan snack is sold for R $ 8.00, the vegan wrap and the vegan esfirra for R $ 9.00. The vegan brownie costs R$8.00.

At the Minas Gerais cuisine stall, the tropeiro bean dish is sold for R$ 28.00. At the Pará stall, the tacacá costs R$ 30.00. In a typical northeastern stall, a plate of baião de dois costs R$ 20.00.

For those who want to satisfy their hunger, the barbecue is sold for R$ 20.00 with options of beef, chicken or skewered sausage. The mini pizza is sold for R $ 15.00 in mozzarella or pepperoni flavors. The crêpe costs R$ 20.00 and is sold in ham, cheese, chicken with cream cheese or banana flavours.
