ingredients
- 100 g of oatmeal
- 150g of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 spoons of honey
- Juice of 1 orange
- Coconut oil for greasing
- Wheat flour for dusting
Method of preparation
Put the oats and wheat flour in a bowl and mix well. Reserve. In another container put the chia seeds, water and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Then add the reserved oats to the mixture. Finally add the honey, the orange juice and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Shape it into a ball and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Next, sprinkle a smooth surface with wheat flour and open the dough with the help of a rolling pin. With the help of a cookie cutter, cut the dough into circles and place them on a baking sheet greased with coconut oil and sprinkled with wheat flour. Place in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
Banana pie with quinoa

- 3 eggs
- 6 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 2 cups of tea Quinoa in flakes
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast

- Oatmeal for dusting
Method of preparation
In a blender, put the eggs, coconut oil, bananas and beat until smooth. Add the quinoa, baking powder and beat for another 4 minutes. Reserve. Brush a roast with coconut oil and sprinkle with oatmeal. Pour the mixture and cook in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool down, unmold and serve later.

- 2 cups of flaxseed flour

- 100 g of brown flax seeds
- 100ml of water
- Oatmeal for flouring
- Coconut oil for greasing
Filling
- 50g of broccoli
- 50 g of peeled and chopped carrots
- 20 g of raisins
- 1 peeled and chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
- Salt, chopped parsley, olive oil and water to taste
Method of preparation
Pasta
In a blender put the flax seeds and beat until you get a fine flour. Transfer to a container, add water and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Shape into a ball and let it rest for 20 minutes. Reserve.
Filling
In a frying pan, put the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and saute. Add the vegetables and raisins and saute for 3 minutes. Season with salt, green smell and mix well. Reserve.
Assembly
Flour a smooth surface with oatmeal and, with the help of a rolling pin, open the dough. With the help of a knife, cut the dough into small squares and arrange the filling in the centre. Close by folding the dough in half, press the sides with a fork and moisten with water to prevent it from opening. Repeat the process with all the dough and set aside.
