Chef Rafull Torres teaches you a recipe to revolutionize that quick meal
Tuna is a versatile ingredient and a great way to add that seafood to your day, whether in a snack or a quick meal.
In this recipe I teach you, in a very practical way, how to use tuna in an innovative way and get out of the basics quickly and easily.
ingredients:
For the tuna filling:
- 4 tortillas
- 2 cans of solid tuna
- 1 red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs/panko
- Salt, black pepper and coriander to taste
- iceberg lettuce
For the guacamole:
- 2 avocados
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- 2 lemons
- salt
Method of preparation:
For the tuna filling, mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then take a tortilla and squeeze some of the filling onto one side, put it in a hot skillet and saute the side with the tuna for about two minutes. Then do the same with the other side.
For the guacamole, remove the pulp from the avocados, mash them and add the onion, tomato, coriander, salt and lemon. Mix well.
Assembly:
Add the guacamole to the tortilla filling, garnish with iceberg lettuce, fold, and serve.
