How to release these trapped emotions that damage a person’s emotional, mental and physical health so much is what we will answer today
Teresa, a 45-year-old woman, is very dedicated to her two children and her work. She lives in an endless race. She divorced 5 years ago but it seems like it all happened yesterday.
In her memories were feelings of pain, humiliation and abandonment. Her ex-husband had fallen in love with another woman and filed for divorce.
By that time, Teresa had completely lost ground. She was supported by her mother, who also divorced her father when she was a child.
Her daily routine boiled down to children, work and home. She never wanted to get involved with anyone else, as she still had deep grievances with her ex-husband. He, in turn, realized her passion for that woman and married her. They had a daughter named Sofia.
Teresa had already done conventional therapies, taken courses and read many books, but nothing really seemed to work for her. For the time has passed, but the pain and anger remained intact.
Would she ever be able to release these wounds? What probable fate could Teresa have? Will she be able to release the pain and rebuild her emotional life? Wouldn’t she be able to let go of the pain and be alone as her mother?

The central issue here lies in the following question: how to release these trapped emotions that harm a person’s emotional, mental and physical health so much.
I would anticipate that it doesn’t have to be difficult, complicated and much less time consuming. I don’t know how well you know my story, but I consider myself a somewhat different therapist than my college colleagues.
I know there are conventional therapeutic processes that can take more than 10 years in the therapeutic setting. Since I was in a very deep pain process, precisely because of a separation, I looked in every possible and unimaginable way for something that could get me out of the bottom as quickly as possible.
Like Teresa, I too went through a painful divorce, where in my 20s and with a 4-year-old, I had to turn my head around going to college, working, and raising my son. For this reason I don’t really like long processes, even if these processes have their place.
I want to clarify that I’m not against it, but I prefer practicality, objectivity and simplicity. My training students and individual clients learn how to handle themselves in the face of chaos. They use and abuse the therapy toolbox I teach.
How to release the accumulated pain?
The answer is: through a couple of magnets, or your fridge magnet. At this point, you’re probably thinking that I’ve entered a process of insanity. But calm down, this is true. Even a microscopic examination shows an alteration of the blood plasma after a session with the magnets
It’s something practical, easy, fast and painless. I attend individually using this methodology, and I also teach courses where I apply the technique and teach at the same time. In other words, it’s double win-win, where the person wins twice.
In my first undergraduate degree, which was in Biology, we studied a lot of plasma alteration under a microscope. And associating the microworld with the macro world of psychology fascinates me. I was even more passionate about my student and client relationships.
In particular I test everything in myself, as a researcher and scholar, I like to see theory in practice.
Don’t be discouraged, releasing this pain is entirely possible, you just hadn’t yet found the technique to do it more lightly.
