Podcast – Caesar’s Three Specials: The Prophet, The Guardianship, Camille Claudel

A few days after the 48th César ceremony, our podcast En 3 Films takes a look at some of the best films that have won the most prestigious César award since its inception, the César for Best Film!

Three men and Bassinet, Amelie Poulain, The Artist, Les Nuits fauves, 120 beats per minute, La Haine, Adieu les cons… impossible to name them all! In total, 47 films have been crowned Caesars since the meeting was created in 1976.

Some had great theatrical success, such as Colin Serreau’s Three Men and a Coffin (and its more than 10 million admissions), others had more private successes, such as L’Esquive or Fatima. But everyone still managed to enjoy Caesar’s spotlight.

As always, the concept of En 3 films is to emphasize the essentials and the nitty-gritty. Discover our team’s picks while you wait for the next César ceremony, which will take place this Friday, February 24, 2023, live on Canal+ from the legendary Olympia Hall in Paris.
