Manu resumes his duties
At the police station, Superintendent Becker takes Manu into his office. Since it is possible that Treson was killed and there is no video trail of his mistake, the IGPN will not investigate. Therefore, Commissioner Becker decided to reinstate Captain Leon. From now on, he will be able to resume his service, but he will be strictly banned from the field. In addition, Manu will have to consult a psychologist.
The past of LOUIS SURFACES
At the high school, Louis and Robin tell Lily, Kira, and Tyce that they were attacked by two people who filed a complaint against them. An optimistic Kira immediately puts them at ease. According to him, Florent is an excellent lawyer who will get them out of there.
During this time, Master Grachai takes over the Maure and Treson families. If in this case it will be easy to prove the victim of Robin, it will be much more problematic with Louis. Not only did he not receive a hit, the teenager has already been convicted.
So Mowry’s son will be summoned before a children’s judge for obstruction of justice in connection with the investigation into Miriam Levy’s death. With another complaint filed against him, Louis risks receiving a suspended sentence rather than a simple reminder of the law. In this type of case, the only way to avoid conviction is to plead exemplary conduct. If Louis is the subject of another complaint, it risks turning against him. While Mark tries to figure out if there’s a way to avoid this, Florent suggests contacting Beaufort’s lawyer to sort things out.
After a while, Florent calls Master Levar, Mr. Beaufort’s legal representative. Since it is in no one’s interest to go to trial, Florenti suggests to his colleague that his client file a complaint in exchange for 1,000 euros in damages, plus his costs. Beaufort then accepts on the condition that Louis and Robin apologize.
Later, Mark calls his son to tell him that Beaufort is apologizing. However, Louis does not want to crash and categorically refuses. Mark tries his best to understand that he has no other choice, Louis loses his temper and hangs up.
In turn, Chloe informs Evan that Mark and Leonor are coming over for an aperitif. A prospect that doesn’t exactly sit well with the Doctor, who believes Louis is responsible for the story. He even goes so far as to think that he was the one training Robin. It is no coincidence that the teenager has already faced problems with the law. Chloe then defends Louis and assures him that he is not a violent boy. She also reminds him that their son was injured and therefore he must have been fighting or protecting.
At the same time, Beaufort joins his accomplice and reveals that the parents of the two teenagers are offering him €1,000 to drop the complaint. And needless to say, Beaufort is thrilled at the idea of Louis and Robin personally apologizing to him. However, Beaufort’s accomplice thinks this is a bad idea and advises them to keep a low profile so the cops don’t take an interest in them.
In the evening the Moors and Cressons gather together to drink. While Leonor, Chloe and Evan agree to Beaufort’s terms, it doesn’t concern Mark, who isn’t going to give in to his blackmail. Indeed, a journalist has no desire to force his son to lie and fall in front of a fraud. Tensions quickly escalate between Evan and Mark, who don’t see eye-to-eye, prompting Chloe to step in to calm the situation.
Dimitri is in trouble with ALINE
Alin and Dimitri go for a horse ride. An opportunity for Sabine’s companion to ask Aline about her personal life. After talking to him about his professional career, he confides in his failed marriage. If she doesn’t share much with her husband anymore, she stays with him for their son, who is still young. In turn, Dimitri opens up about his family life.
At the end of their walk, Alin accompanies Dimitri. If he had a good time, he hopes that he would not be inconvenienced by family problems. Dimitri replies that he was touched by his story. Before leaving, the latter asks him to show him the arenas of Lunel, which he promises to do as soon as possible.
Back at the agency, Dimitri forces Eva to listen to his conversation with Alin. The two housemates struggle to understand why Aline didn’t talk about her husband’s disability and lied about never being home. It’s not pretty for Eva to cheat on her disabled husband, and she’s afraid he’s made up his mind not to bother cheating on her. Either way, they now have everything they need and don’t need to leave.
Afterwards, Dimitri finds Virgil and says that he is relieved that his mission is finally over. However, Sabine’s companion admits that she is worried about Aline. Indeed, Dimitri cannot think that if he were alone, something would happen between them. So Virgil advises him to stop playing the temptress and just stick to meetings with the agency to avoid slipping up.
Not far from there, Eva calls Thibod and tells him that his wife is no longer in love with him. If he thought his mission was over, Thibaut now wants to know if Aline has remained faithful to him. That is why he wants the seducer to continue his mission. Back at the wall, Eve has no choice but to accept.
After dark, Eva is working at home when she gets a call from Dimitri on her work phone. As Aline’s husband wants to continue the mission, Eva begs Dimitri to return to work. While they discuss, Manu returns. Surprised, Eva immediately throws the phone into her bag. Manu, hearing the commotion, opens his bag and finds his partner’s two mobile phones…
