Claire wants to throw everything away
Hortense, Ambre, Jasmine and Deva all agree that Guinot was completely unfair to them the day before. But they’d all rather have him as a chef than give up on the project altogether.
At the atelier, Ambre apologizes to Guinot to release the tension and start over. The chef then presents his ideas for the menu. He gets the bite idea along with the other recipes, which leaves Jasmine a little confused. While Guino gives directions for one of the recipes, he is confused and frustrated as soon as anyone thinks about it. It sets a 15-minute break.
The girls in the park are confused. Deva is really starting to worry and suggests that Chef is having a personal problem. So the girls decided to talk about it with Chief Listrak. They tell him about his behavior. Olivia points out.
At the atelier, while Guino continues to present his ideas to the girls, Olivia arrives to see where they are. Thus, he can see with his own eyes that his companion often makes mistakes and quickly becomes aggressive. He then asks her to speak to him privately outside.
After leaving, Olivia tries to figure out what’s going on. Claire insists there is no cause for concern. He can’t stand that Amber asked him to come and spy. Olivia replies that the brigade is worried about her and insists on knowing the reason for her discomfort. Claire starts to cry, sure she can’t do it. When Olivia wants to hold her to comfort her, Claire refuses.
He takes refuge in the butler’s shop, where Louis finds him by chance. The latter tries to find out why his mother is in this state. Claire admits that there are many things wrong with her life. Louis is respectful of the fact that he does not want to give details. He simply advises her not to take the lead and make the choices necessary to be happy. Claire wonders if she’ll have the courage to do so, but she thanks her son for his words.
During this time, Miriel goes to the workshop to ensure the proper operation of the brigade menu. Ember takes the opportunity to ask her to leave them completely autonomous, but Miriel still thinks they should be controlled by Guino, especially after the video episode posted on social media. The girls then explain that it’s very difficult to communicate with the chef, and they even bring in Listrac to fix it. Miriel takes Guinot’s side and forces the girls to apologize. The next time they have a problem, they should talk to him.
Later, Ambre sees Chef Guinot in the vegetable garden. He goes over to talk to her, but the latter is on the phone. Amber then overhears him talking. Claire declares she’s willing to drop everything to follow the receiver…
Vicky is looking for inspiration
For the first year, Chef Armand asks them to make their own version of a traditional Italian dish. While he is full of praise for Billie’s Vitello tonnato, he is much less eloquent about Vic’s Osso buco. Therefore, the latter tries to get more accurate feedback on his dish. Chef Armand says he is very good at technique but lacks creativity.
After the lesson, Vicki dwells on the chef’s words and thinks that she might be satisfied with a good technician in the kitchen. Billy and Enzo, on the other hand, believe that he has all the cards in his hands to be more creative. Enzo especially advises him to use his legendary imagination to perform tricks in the kitchen.
Later, Enzo finds Vic at the Economat. She wants to help him find inspiration in the kitchen. After he gets there after writing the lyrics, Enzo suggests that he try it himself.
At CDI, Vicki continues to look to books for inspiration. in vain Bill suggests that he think about the memories he was reminded of. But Vicky thinks he’s finally going to try Enzo’s method.
