Sereias da Vila takes the third victory in the competition

Santos, this Sunday morning (16), beat Avaí/Kindermann 4-0, in a match played in Vila Belmiro, valid for the seventh round of the Brazilian women’s championship. The match was marked by the total domination of Sereias da Vila, who scored all their goals with headers.




Highlight for Ketlen, top scorer in the club’s history, author of the first goal of the match, in the 32nd minute of the first half. This is the 178th goal scored by the forward for Peixe.

Santos returned to the field in the second half and, after two minutes of rolling the ball in the second half, increased the score with a goal from defender Kaká. Three minutes later, Yayá scored the third of the match, his first goal in a Peixe shirt. In the 39th minute Giovana closed the defeat of the hosts.

The Sereias da Vila are back on the field next Sunday (23rd), at 11, against São Paulo, for the eighth round of the Women’s Brasileirão. The derby will be played at the CT de Cotia (SP), training center of the Paulista tricolor. Santista’s team reaches eleven points in the competition, occupying the eighth position.
