Camelot: Astie defends her biggest fan from haters

Arno Klein broke the world record by appearing in the cinema of “Kaamelott – Premier Volet” 204 times! Last December, during a meeting with his fans, Alexandre Astie returned to this incredible performance.

Released in our cinemas in July 2021, the Kaamelott – Premier strand, a sequel to the famous Alexander Astie series on the big screen, attracted more than 2.6 million viewers in the cinemas. If some fans who have been waiting for a feature film for more than 10 years have gone to dark rooms several times, one of them has broken all records by going to see a movie … 204 times!

Before the American recently defeated (and his 292nd session Spider-Man: No Way Home), Remoa Arno Kline officially entered the Guinness Book of World Records last October as the viewer who has seen the same movie the most times in cinema. A tiring spectacle for a 34-year-old who lost 13 kilograms, which sometimes led to some abusive comments from some internet users.

Alexandre Astie, who has already praised the merit of the superstar and met him several times, once again expressed himself on the subject in December last year.Digital meeting with his fans Organized by Fnac. Opportunity to congratulate Arno Kline again, but also to defend his approach from haters:

“I went to see him in Reims. I had lunch with him and then I saw one of the plays with him.”she said.

(…) He’s so cute, this guy. We made him very angry at the networks, I found it pretty disgusting, I have to say. Many people said to him: “You are not doing anything, you are wasting time, what nonsense! You can spend all this time in unions’. (Laughs) “It’s as if the guys who were criticizing him were in the same associations at the time they were criticizing.”

After making nasty comments about the place of these few observers, Astie also recalled that this record was by far the most extravagant in the Guinness Book of World Records and, above all, that Arno Klein’s performance deserved praise:

“Not all challenges in the Guinness Book of World Records are of great interest. There are many things that are much worse than that in vain, we agree. The goal of the game is to record. This is a challenge. It’s very, very long.

Will Arno Klein try to break the record (currently owned by American Ramiro Alanis) when the second part of Camelot is released in theaters? To be continued…
