A cold front has moved away from the coast of Bahia, allowing areas of instability on the coast of Bahia to be reduced. However, other areas of instability are organized at sea and move towards the northeast, bringing thick clouds over part of the northeast coast.
These new areas of instability could cause heavy rains on the coast between Rio Grande do Norte and Alagoas, threatening the capitals of Natal, João Pessoa, Recife and Maceió.

The coast of Bahia experiences showers, but usually light to moderate. Some areas far south of the coast of Bahia can still experience moderate to heavy rainfall.
Periods with showers of sunshine and rain occur over almost all of Maranhão, in northern Piauí and almost all of Ceará. The capitals Fortaleza and São Luis could experience heavy rains.
Strong sun and dry weather in the south of Maranhão, in the center and south of Piauí, in the sertão of Ceará and Pernambuco and in the interior of Bahia.
In Sergipe, in the interior of the states of Alagoas, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba and in the countryside of Pernambuco, there are also showers of moderate intensity.
