Combining family trauma and possession, a thriller with Sarah Snook premieres at the end of June
A Netflix announced a new terror with a psychological background. is the australian Run Rabbit Runlong with Sarah Snookin Successionin the cast, and which premieres on June 28.
Directed by Daina Reid (I Love You Too), Run Rabbit Run follows the trend of recent thriller successes such as The Babadook It is Hereditaryin which the focus of the story lies on obscure family dramas.

Here, the story tells the story of Sarah (Snook), a doctor and single mother, who needs to deal with a trauma while her daughter, Mia (Lily LaTorre) begins to manifest suspicious behavior. At the root of the awkwardness, Sarah senses a possible connection – or, perhaps, possession? -of the daughter with her own sister, Alice, who died years before.
According to the film’s synopsis, “Sarah Snook plays a fertility doctor who firmly believes in life and death, but after realizing her daughter’s strange behavior, she must challenge her own values and confront a ghost from her past.”
Sarah Snook, winner of the Golden Globe per Successiontook on the role in the feature instead of Elizabeth Moss (The Handmaid’s Tale), scheduled for the film until 2021. NMEa producer of run rabit run highlighted Snook’s performance, saying that there are few frames in which she does not appear.
