In an interview for the website expirationSophie Holland, head of casting actors for The sorcererhe commented that “we’re about to start filming season four with Liam Hemsworth and will have a little break to record season five.”
Liam Hemsworth was the name chosen by the production of the series The sorcerer to compensate for star Henry Cavill’s sudden departure. He will be in the third season, but left the project before the other two began recording.
The Witcher will follow the strategy of Stranger Things
The third season will follow in the footsteps of Stranger things, from Netflix itself, dividing the launch of the new moment for the wizard series into two parts. The first will debut in streaming on June 29, while the second will arrive in July of this year.
“I probably won’t comment on that. I would like to, but I won’t. I really can’t wait to see what Liam comes up with. He has a huge number of fans. Season 4 is going to be a nice mix of new and old faces,” Holland commented when asked about Henry Cavill’s departure.
The sorcerer appeared as quite a hit for Netflix, being a game of Thrones from the streaming company. With the change of actor for the season 4 lead, the good numbers may or may not continue to climb. Liam Hemsworth is best known for starring in the Hunger Games franchise, as Gale Hawthorne.
